Senthil is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in SAP GRC Implementation, Enterprise Risk Management, Audits, Accounting and Data Analysis.

He has worked with Infosys and E&Y in their Enterprise and IT Risk management practices and has worked with various clients in different geographies and industry verticals.

Experience includes Information Security audits, IT General Control reviews, IT & Business Process Reviews, Data Analytics, Vendor Risk Assessments, SOX (404) Audits and Implementation, Internal Audits, SAP Controls review & automation, SAP Security Redesign and Accounting services.

John has over 18 years experience in leading large-scale system integration, service desk management, virtualization and data centre management projects and processes. Driving innovation and cost optimization is his vision. He has designed and implemented data center both onsite & cloud in India and in Manila, Philippines.

John also has deep experience in IT infrastructure covering BPO, Software development and Services delivery industries worldwide

Apart from work John is an outdoor person who enjoys trekking, camping and he is also a PADI certified SCUBA diving Instructor.

Chander founded Valuestream with a mission to build a large service focussed company.

He brings in more than 15 years of Corporate experience specialising in Operations, Customer Retention, Service excellence, Project management, Business Process re-engineering. He has worked with large corporates like Reliance Life Insurance, Metlife, ICICI Bank.

He holds a management degree from Symbiosis. His philosophy is to focus on Quality of delivery, Integrity, Ownership and commitment. He believes that we can deliver anything if we focus on these basic things and understands the bigger picture.
