Roles & Responsibilities:
- Will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency
- Update all customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, or obtain details of complaints
Generic & Specific Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office
